The rotation generally goes AP Builder x3, Finisher, AP Builder x3, Fiery Burst. I use Deathblow when I'm fairly confident I'll be getting a killing blow. With this build you also have 2 rushes, which is great for chasing people around. As well as Fleet of Foot to help LoS and chase people down. You also have a fear for CC, but unfortunately nothing to pull you out of CC.
